Detailed Review of Breez Labs - Other AI Software (2026)

What is Breez Labs?

Breez is the ERP agent for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite. It runs the rote parts of your procedures — entering records, filing documents, chasing what's missing — and brings your team only the calls that need a human. Procedures are typed playbooks you can edit yourself, so the layer changes as fast as your process does. Every change cited; nothing lands in your ERP without your approval. Backed by Y Combinator and Google Ventures. Breez is the layer in between. Procedures are typed playbooks, not code — change the procedure, edit the step, and the next run follows it. No ticket, no engineering cycle, no waiting on us. Your SOP document is the spec. Breez compiles it into a typed playbook you review like a document — every trigger, match rule, and stop condition explicit. Edit a step, and the next run follows it.
