Detailed Review of Burt - Other AI Software (2026)

What is Burt?

Burt gives freight brokers and carriers AI coworkers that handle the daily grind — quoting, dispatch, tracking, and paperwork — so your team can focus on the work that needs a human touch. We connect Burt to your TMS, inbox, and portals, then map the workflows your team already uses. We train Burt on each customer's processes, preferences, and exceptions so it can do the work your way. Burt handles the work, flags what needs your input, and learns from every correction and new nuance. Burt fits into your TMS, visibility tools, inboxes, team channels, and in-house systems. No new system to adopt.
