Detailed Review of Chicory - AI Software (2026)

What is Chicory?

Chicory pulls every decision about a candidate, employee, or contractor into one place where a human can review it, explain it, overturn it, and prove they did. Chicory provides the platform for meeting the demands of novel regulations. It integrates with the applications where decisions are made, logging and validating each regulated decision. From that record, Chicory automatically handles communication and auditing. It generates and sends explanations to affected people when required, tracks contests, and gives you a dashboard of every action needed to stay compliant. Your decision-making process remains the same, and Chicory makes sure it happens correctly and proves that it did.
