Codyco answers around the clock, resolves guest requests, takes payments, and writes every confirmed booking directly into your PMS. Not another voice layer. Codyco carries the call from the first ring through to a completed outcome in the systems your team already uses. A guest calls. Codyco picks up immediately in the hotel's voice, day or night. Codyco is an AI phone operations platform for hotel groups. It answers missed calls, resolves routine guest questions, and can complete room bookings inside the hotel’s PMS.
