Detailed Review of Glen - AI Agent Software (2026)

What is Glen?

Glen is shared learning for AI agents, one MCP tool your whole org's agents share. It recalls the observations that matter this turn and stores the new ones in the same round trip, so what one agent learns, the whole org keeps. Glen puts the right organizational context into every prompt, pulled from your agent sessions, Slack, GitHub, tickets, calls, and docs. Agents work better, faster, and on fewer tokens, and the whole company becomes queryable. As you work with your agents on coding and other knowledge work, Glen finds the prior work that bears on the task and steers your model with it. Equivalent work comes back significantly faster and on fewer tokens.
