Detailed Review of Lantern AI - Other AI Software (2026)

What is Lantern AI?

Give Lantern the role. In 15 minutes, your AI Hiring Manager learns your team's taste, pressure-tests it against the talent market, and runs the hiring work end to end. Lantern learns what exceptional looks like at your company in fifteen minutes, tests it against the market, then finds, interviews, and schedules people worth meeting. Lantern asks what the role description cannot: who thrives here, what success looks like, and which requirements are weak proxies. When the market or your own history says otherwise, it tells you.
